Three years ago we began a journey to find the right builder for our new home. It was pre-retirement and I had time to do my research. We called UBH and was introduced to Brennon. We chose a plan and at one point we were confident it was The one. Brennon was supportive and informative. As time went on, we saw a house another contractor built and really liked the plan. We decided at that point to have a custom design made. We also planned to use this contractor as we believe he does great work. We discussed what we wanted and was given a general idea of a price. My Husband and I already had land on our family farm and needed a home built! We explored all options. We drew up plans and talked with a custom home builder, we looked into moving a home, we also consulted with modular homes, and then we found UBH! We had our first meeting with Joseph and wondered if this was too good to be true. After going through so many other options, it was clear right away this was our perfect fit!
