White Properties

I had an overall great experience living in the townhomes over in Nash. The property is well maintained and clean. Any issues I ever had were fixed in a timely manner. If I had to rent again I would rent with white properties again.

Never met a more entitled landlord! He thinks that just because he has money, he can treat people any way he wants. Worst experience as a renter. Don’t recommend. If j could put 0 stars I would.

I’d like to give a big thanks to White Properties!! My family and I were in desperate need of a rental at the VERY last minute (at no fault of our own) and they came to the rescue the next day! The staff is very nice, caring, and friendly. I am truly grateful for them for seeing our sense of urgency and going above & beyond to accommodate us. If you are in the market, I highly recommend them!!

My family rented with White Properties a little over a year and the service we received was excellent! They always answered any question we had and maintenance issues were addressed quickly! We had a/c issues at our home twice. The 1st time they had an a/c company out to look at it in less than 12 hours and they replaced the entire unit in under 48 hours.The 2nd time was due to the lawn crew nicking the wires to the outside unit, again had someone out in less than 24 hours and repaired completely. Both incidents the maintenance personnel followed up with me after the work was completed! We only decided to rent somewhere else because we needed more space and they didn't have anything available. If they had a larger place available, we absolutely would have continued renting with White Prop

I have had a great experience with White Properties and would highly recommend them to anyone! The are very professional, respond in a timely manner, and have gone above and beyond to fix any maintenance requests I have had. Their maintenance team is always on hand, very friendly, and super knowledgeable! They have encouraged me to make my rental feel like home & I am super happy with the high end living they have brought to Texarkana! You won’t be disappointed if you choose to rent with them!
