My husband and his kids and I have lived here for going on four years now and we have loved being here. It’s close to everything we could need, the people are easy to work with and friendly. When something important needs fixing, it is handled in a timely (if not immediate) manner. The landlord is kind and has always greeted me with a smile whenever I happen to run into him. We also really appreciate the all bills paid agreement here! Thank you!

I love living here, the management is awesome, the rates are perfect and they always go above and beyond with maintenance. Definitely would recommend these apartments for anyone looking.

I’ve live @ College Creek Apt in Texarkana Tx over a year now and my experience here has been truly amazing, Mr John has always met me with kindness. Times when I’ve change jobs he has adjusted my rent to my pay schedule and made transition very easy for me. The apartment has maintenance checks often and keeps my air filters fresh, my children enjoy staying in the complex 10 of 10 on the neighborhood and neighbors. Mr John is awesome and his Staff.

I absolutely that I was able to get one of the duplexes! Its very peaceful and quiet!!
