Wood Valley Apartments

I’m so excited about living here! I must say that the manager, Natasha McIntyre, has been extremely helpful. She made sure I brought everything needed to start the application process and guided me every step of the way. Moving from Florida to Georgia could have been stressful, but she helped me find resources for assistance with my utilities and explained how to get everything switched over. She told me exactly where to go and what I needed to do, which made the transition so much easier. From what I heard, Wood Valley hasn’t always had the best reputation, but I must say she has truly turned this place around. I’m glad to be a part of this new and positive environment.

I feel as if wood valley is the best it’s been in years under the new management. It’s very clean and peaceful. The maintenance stays on top of any issues reported. It’s really a great place to live.

After my first review was posted, I did speak to Management at Wood Valley. The young lady (I forgot her name) was very polite and explained to me that the waiting list was long. I’m happy that she was professional and very helpful. She even offered to help me with the online application process. I visit the property a lot now but unfortunately I have an apartment elsewhere. However, I love the spacious apartments at this complex.

Such a great place to live! So great that I lived here for 9 or 10 years but left for a couple years to take care of a relative and now I am back! Quiet and just perfect for me!
