The Verandas Apartment Homes

Phillip the Property Manager is amazing. He was so helpful during move in, during our stay, and with the move out process. He was always available when needed. Also, maintenance at The Verandas are awesome as well. Maintenance would responded quickly, explain any repairs needed and timeframes for the repairs. The apartment complex is smaller which made it feel more like home and not a massive facility. Highly recommend The Verandas.

This place is great! And Property Manager Phillip has been amazing. From working to secure the ground floor unit I needed to assisting me with so many things during my move from Atlanta. I cannot THANK him enough. If you need a place and can get in here, do it!

The communication with the leasing office has been fantastic. Every time I've called I've gotten an answer to every question, and Sharon Marie has been SO nice. I drove by the job site the other day and it looks like the apartments are coming along nicely. I can't wait to see them finished!!

Let me just say this has been such a wonderful and easy experience. My husband and I have been looking for a place for his mother and this is it. Sharon Marie has been awesome and has made this process so easy. Apartments are going to be gorgeous and energy efficient not to mention a safe gated community.

Super cute apartments & very modern & the staff is wonderful. All new appliances which is a plus and a beautiful outside area. Couldn’t be more happy with this apartment complex!! Also Mrs.Sharon Marie helped us every step of the way we are very thankful for her.
