They have a realtor, Pamela Hoveland, who is helping an owner knowingly sell a house out from under my daughter and son-in-law after they've waited a year and a half on this house to be completed with a contract the owner provided that they found a loophole in. My daughter and her husband have put almost $30,000 into this house and lived in a camper a year and a half while waiting and now they're getting it snatched out from under them because the realtor and owner think they can get a higher price.
