Grand Park Apartments

I absolutely love living here! The apartment complex does a great job bringing the community together by hosting fun holiday events throughout the year, which really makes it feel like home. The amenities are also a huge plus — the gym is well-equipped and the pool is a great place to relax and unwind. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend it!

I’ve lived in Grand Park Apartments for two years, and while there have been many changes, what has truly made my stay the best is the management team. Wayne and Kristy are amazing they make sure all the tenants feel at home. I’ve watched many people come and go because of past concerns, but the changes they’ve made have truly made living here feel like home. My only suggestion would be to add more greenery or decorative stone around the complex to enhance the overall appearance. If we want to continue attracting residents who are a positive addition to the neighborhood, we have to make them feel welcomed from the moment they enter the gates.

My family and I love it here! The entire staff as a whole has always gone above and beyond. Management has always addressed the few minor issues weve had promptly and professionally, and Kristy had even helped me with getting acclimated to living in a new town. The maintenance staff even helped my daughter locate different color leaves for a school project last fall and the pools are like living at a resort. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

I met Kristy and Wayne in October 2025, when I came to tour a two bedroom apartment. They were Professional, friendly and outgoing, they helped me through the process of becoming a resident of Grand Park apartments.
