Been here since 94 & this will be my last month. This place is THE WORSE place to live in North Andover there is no question about it. This place makes you feel like you’re in prison & the most of the workers here barely know the housing laws. I had to hop through hoops just to leave this awfully run place. Good riddance ✌️ this place is a trap, I rather be homeless than live here again. 0 stars for this POS it’s unbelievable that I have to put one.

Lived here for 15 years. Family has lived there 30+ years. It was a great place to grow up. And the maintenance staff is so helpful making sure my mom is always taken care of during storms.

Used to be a great place to raise your kids. The place was sold, the new management is terrible. Barkan has made this place look terrible. Cut down all the trees and bushes so they have a clear view from their 360 degree cameras. They installed these really weird locks on all the doors. The keys are plastic, you stick them in a hole and a light turns green, like you’re at a hotel. Each key is assigned to a specific person in the house so they know who’s coming in and out and when. Jokes on them, when I lived there I never locked the door! I lived there for 10 years happily until the place was sold. The control they have over the people that live there should be illegal! Nice people, well maintained. Unfortunately a few residents are self-appointed Parking Nazis. My job is medical transportation. 2 of 3 trips i was hassled about parking when picking up my frail client for chemo. She had to walk to visitor parking with her walker. Outrageous 😡
