Berry Farms

I’ve been a resident of this community for nearly eight years, and I can’t express enough how impressed I am with their amenities, services, and maintenance. If I ever encounter a problem, even if it’s low priority, they’re always prompt in addressing it. They’re also proactive about regular maintenance, giving us ample notice before entering our units. For instance, they change our filters twice a year, check our fire alarms twice a year, and inspect our water heaters, among other things. Additionally, they allow dogs, which was and is a must for me since it’s not easy to find pet-friendly places.

This is a great Community to live in from the Office Staff to the Maintenance Team!! They do a great job of maintaining the property, assisting residents with their needs and maintenance requests. Happy to be a resident here! It feels like home, not just another apartment. Plus having 14 acres of nature and walking trails lends to the tranquility I find living here.

Nick and everyone else I've met at Berry Farms has made the decision to move here bittersweet. They're prompt with their responses to maintenance questions and are friendly and personable when passing by on any given day. 🙏

Been living here for several years. Have had a great experience thus far. Their maintenance’s staff is top notch. They have been terrific in addressing any problems in my place. I could not recommend them enough.

Great place! Friendly people! Good job putting in a new washer dryer. The maintenance guys here are just very professional and they really know their stuff.
