As people who sorta kinda knew what we wanted, we were so happy to be working with Joel as he seemed to know exactly what we were looking for or not before we even did. Joel clearly knew what red flags to look for in home tours/open houses, had connections for inspectors, mortgage brokers, everything so all we had to do was show up and let him know what homes we were interested in. He was proactive and kept us competitive during one of the hardest times ever to buy a home. I would highly 10/10 recommend Joel!
