Royal Crest

Elated to learn that Merrimack College and investors have purchased Royal Crest. Parents no longer have to panic all summer over the threat of Royal Crest no longer renting to Merrimack College students. Hopefully Merrimack College does a much better job at maintaining the property. The current owners put bubble gum and patches on everything. Most units are extremely dated to put it nicely.

I’m the type of person to forego leaving a bad review instead of saying anything, but my partner and I’s experience here somehow keeps getting worse to the point in which it is nearly unbearable anymore. We’ve been living here for a few months now, and have had to deal with so many issues that I don’t even think I could list them all. We’ve had neighbors with loud music, stomping, screaming, parties (all of which in the hallways as well as other units at all hours), roaches, mice, mold, litter (including people leaving old food in common areas), people throwing old furniture in front of the buildings, and so much more. The vast majority of these issues come from college kids treating this place like a dorm (which we were told when moving in was being phased out, yet more and more keep movi

Got the opportunity to tour this past week and was incredibly impressed by how courteous the entire staff was and how easy the process was. They were able to take me as a walk in. The new management is stellar.

The new property management team is incredible. They are very understanding and willing to help any and all residents. This property is on the up for sure!
