Wonder Dog Management

I lived in a property owned by this company and it was a really mixed bag. Most of my time there was great, largely thanks to the on-site staff they hired, especially Jonathan and Alejandra. They're the only reason this isn't a one-star rating. I hope the company pays the Carlsbad View Apartments staff extremely well, because they're worth it for their customer service skills. But the bad parts were extremely bad. Wonder Dog double-charged me rent in error when I renewed my lease, and then threatened to evict me for not paying the second charge "on time"...because I didn't know about it, because it was not a charge I was supposed to pay. I did pay it, thinking something had gone wrong with my usual rent payment, before I looked into my own financial records and saw that I had already paid

Awful place to live. Lived here 2 years and always a problem. I love my privacy and having people come and go to fix things is stressful. No hot water till Wednesday that was a week ago and a half ago when they told us this. I pay a ridiculous amount of rent for a tiny apartment that doesn’t even function. These people do not care about you they only care about money don’t move to any of these properties until they fix their mentality.

Three years in. Nothing but problems and almost no accountability whatsoever. Heat that doesn’t work in the winter. Ac that doesn’t work in the summer. Termites never addressed. Broken appliances never removed. Rent raised to the legal limit every year with no improvements completed. Wonder Dog management are the definition of slum lords and are a serious liability for any property owners who want to not only maintain their property but also operate within the laws concerning tenant rights. If you are wondering about renting in one of the buildings this management has, Oceanside, Palm Springs, Oregon….keep looking. It’s not worth the money or the headache or the disrespect.

I love the building I live in managed by Wonder Dog Management. My apartment is great and in a great location. That being said the management has been terrible. There is no way to contact them. I've had to call in every day the emergency number just to reach them about maintenance requests from months ago. I have multiple ongoing maintenance requests for things like air conditioning, keys, and dishwashers. I have been really frustrated and disappointed by the management company. There is no one on site and no way to contact them. They never answer my emails, texts, or voicemails. My only solution has been to call in daily between 9 and 2pm and hope someone answers. I am filing this complaint against Wonder Dog Management regarding the actions of Sage View Management. Since October 2024, I have been subjected to harassment by Sage View Management, as they have repeatedly claimed there are complaints against me. They have accused me of having visitors at all hours of the day and night and even alleged that I am involved in drug sales. When I asked for proof and offered to provide footage from the security cameras I have installed inside and outside my apartment, they dismissed my offer, stating that it would be fine.
