The 29hundred apt has been welcoming and friendly since day one. Neighbors has been friendly and respectful, family oriented, and well divers. Although we are off Ramon Road and next to a church it is very quiet and peaceful. All appliences were new from the time we moved in and still works perfectly as a cook it is well appreciated. Mrs. Tina (the office manager) has been amazing, she is down to earth and easy to talk to, she has made sure all our concerns were taken care of and property was well lept up. Maintenance is well done and kept up by Shianna.. She has a sunny personality and you can tell she has a lot of passion for her work. Overall my partner and I love living here, it's perfect for new starts, small families, couples, or even if you just need a new home for you.

The experience I’ve had with 29 Hundred Apartments is truly worth a review. I owe a HUGE Thank You to Ruth, the property manager. She went above and beyond to make me feel special from the moment we met. I had been looking for an apartment for months, and it was beginning to feel like I wouldn’t find anything at all. Once I explained to her what I was looking for, Ruth was very welcoming and eager to show me all of the great units available. The building is in a prime location and the units are slightly larger than the other options I had been looking at around the city. After seeing three or four exceptional newly renovated units I decided on one and the paperwork began. I moved into 2900 Apartments A few years ago and have loved every minute of it. The building is well-maintained, and the atmosphere here is positive and respectful. It’s clear that the people who live here take pride in their community. Plus, being so close to downtown Palm Springs is a huge perk—great restaurants, shopping, and art events are just minutes away! Tina, our property manager, is incredibly helpful and always professional. She communicates clearly and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Shianna, our maintenance woman, is fantastic. She handles repairs quickly and efficiently—always with a friendly attitude. It’s rare to find a team like this. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience moving and living at this apartment! It’s a nice and affordable place in a convenient location, close to the gym, school, church, and plenty of food spots. Tina and the whole team were incredibly helpful from the start. Tina guided us through the entire move-in process and was super patient and understanding with all our questions. The area feels safe and has everything we need nearby. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good place to call home!
