PMI Coachella Valley

This condo was beautifully updated and the kitchen was fully equipped. Extremely comfortable and cozy. Groceries stores and restaurants nearby. We rode the bikes and took several walks in the community. It’s a great base for exploring the mountains and Palm Springs.

Jan Cox is so helpful. She was able to get us a great one-year lease on a fantastic Condo Prime location downtown Palm Springs! Always friendly and gives fast responses! go PMI Coachella Valley were very happy with their business.

My family of four had a great week between Christmas and New Years Eve 2022. The property was clean and as advertised. Two minor mechanical issues were resolved timely and without issue. Loved proximity to airport for people coming and going and no problem with noise due to location. Host was pleasure to work with and would stay again.

We have relocated here from Los Angeles. It has been the most wonderful experience moving to Palm Springs has been a dream of ours. Jan Cox is awesome. She made this move seamless thank you for making our dream come true. Brad and Fred

These guys are great! Kevin and Jan were so attentive to our needs and the property was awesome. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our 2 month stay in the Palm Desert paradise. I highly recommend PMI - Coachella Valley.
