I found this place as a walk in. The manager was very nice and very helpful. I told her the reason we are moving was to have a better commute for my son to attend school which is an hour away from here. It sounded very promising and too good to be true to live here. For a lot of units its actually quite. It's what i like the most. What they didn't mention was if you live on the 3rd floor which I picked that the a/c unit right above the bedroom gets VERY LOUD if someone uses the heater or a/c at night. Again she knew my son was going to have that room because he mentioned to it when she did a walk through with us & didn't say anything about it. I live here. It's convenient and I love my apartment. In the past 3 months, I've had sewage backup into my apartment! "Sewage?!" "Yes!" "No!" "Yes!" Once, I'd consider a fluke, but they didn't address the underlying causes, so the second time is just poor management. Kinda disappointing.

We looked here and were so excited to live here. The safety features, amenities and area were a huge bonus. Laura did a great job welcoming us and answering questions without being pushy. We were disappointed when it was to far away from where we needed to be.

Top notch, they were here in less than an hour after I reported it, they installed a new garbage disposal, tested it & advised me how to maintain it properly to avoid future problems . . . THANK YOU!!!
