Sandra Quinn is an amazing person and real estate agent. A close family member passed away, and I was in Oregon trying to figure things out with how to sell a property in California. I already had an agent that was not at all helpful and had heard from a friend to give Sandra a call. After talking with Sandra from Oregon, she was in the house in Califonia taking pictures of the property and sending them to me 20 minutes later. I had no idea the place was trashed with junk was everywhere. The other real estate agent failed to let me know the truth of the situation and basically didn't care. I also had a vehicle and a trailer and enough junk that filled 3 huge truckloads of junk on the property.
