Wobbe Lane Apartments

Wonderful place, only down side is a train runs parallel to the units. The staff is amazing, they had great amenities for pets and the interior of the apartments come with new or slightly used appliances. No issue getting maintenance to work on any issues that might arise. Overall 10/10 hours over The Station and other apartments in Springdale. Very glad I moved in!

This place is a complete nightmare. They might start off acting nice, but once you’re locked in, they jack up prices and treat you like you’re nothing. The manager and staff are beyond rude—and dirty they yell at everyone, including elderly residents, and show zero respect. It feels like they think they can boss you around just because you live here. The whole environment is completely unprofessional, and to top it off, the apartments are crawling with roaches. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Rose is truly a great manager who cares about her property! She is always on it and has the property sharp! Jamie is very knowledgable and is always helpful when I come up to the office! Mainteance is also very quick when it comes to getting things fixed. I’m very pleased with the Wobbe Lane community!:)

It was a rough experience moving into what was supposed to be my first apartment here. As there were mold issues due to condensation build up. Rose took care of that situation, and got me situated in another one. I’m starting to see mice pop up in my new apartment. Only have been here for maybe a month, and it was right after I cooked for the first time. Honestly I’m just trying to stay positive about this place because I do like the environment, and it’s quiet. Rose is amazing and so helpful, very responsive. I’m doing my best to stay positive and hope that we can get it resolved as we talked about. Because let’s be real, things happen. I can understand and be empathetic towards things popping up. These apartments are not too quality, but... They are not bad either. I needed a home, and Rose got me one. Rose has worked with me every step of the way from the first phone call to making sure the apartment is up to my standards. Yes, there were problems. There are problems, but in apartment living it's hardly perfect. Rose is diligent and hardworking to ensure my lifestyle needs are met. I have noisy neighbors, Rose was quick to be understanding of my situation while realistic with expectations and believed me when I said what was happening, but realistic that they would need to ensure it was more than "neighborly noise" that comes with staying in an apartment. I found some roaches in my unit on move-in, every tenants worst nightmare. My husband and I did a thorough cleaning ourselve
