The staff at Towne Park has been incredible. Attentive. Polite. Friendly. And laser focused on customer service. Special thanks to Lacy, Bree and to the Maintenance Team. We very much appreciate the care that each of them show day in and day out. To the residents and to the property. I would absolutely recommend Towne Park should you be in the need of a residence that you can call home.

I visited Towne Park Apartments for marketing purposes related to my work and was warmly welcome by Lacy and Bree. The professionalism and friendliness made me feel valued and comfortable throughout my visit. When it came time to find a new home for my family, Towne Park Apartments was the first community that came to my mind. Bree went above and beyond by braving the weather to personally show me an ideal unit, they're really explaining the least process in a clear and enjoyable manner. Thanks to their exceptional service and and the support of staff, I have felt confident choosing Town Park apartments. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a welcome and environment and an outstanding management team. (Lacy is OK too I guess 😂😂 lol) I'm looking forward to my time here!

This complex has a great location close to Arvest Ballpark, AR Children's, grocery stores, and dozens of restaurants. The management is on-site and always ready to help. Only thing is some units are older than others, so make sure you clarify which age/ decor you're getting. But all in all, units are comfortable and roomy. Outstanding Maintenance team handles issues like pros. On site office staff have fun events,too!

My family and I have been living here for a year and a half now, and I really wanted to share how much we appreciate this community. From day one, Bree and Lacy have been incredibly helpful whenever we’ve needed a hand with anything. The complex is quiet and feels very safe, which is so important to us. Everyone here is so welcoming, but what really makes this place special are the resident events Bree and Lacy put together. They do a fantastic job of bringing us all together and making it feel like a real neighborhood rather than just an apartment complex. We’re so glad to be here!

I've spent over 2 years at this complex and have enjoyed every minute of it! The property is clean, the staff are friendly, and the maintenance team is prompt with all requests! I've been enjoying the extra mile the team goes to foster a sense of community with the residents during monthly events.
