LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!! Everything about these apartments is perfect. They truly thought of everything with keypad entry, built-in coat racks, LED lighting, beautiful natural window light, all hardwood floors, valet trash, marble countertops, a sleek glass stovetop, stackable washer and dryer, and so much more. The moving process was super easy, and the staff has been incredibly helpful and kind every step of the way. It genuinely feels like luxury living with thoughtful details everywhere. Could not be happier with my choice!
I visited Ramsay Apartment homes yesterday and just WOW! I had to share how impressed I was with this community as well as the staff. The community is gorgeous. The location is very convenient to everything. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. Both the manager, Dan, and his assistant, Eloisa welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. The salt water pool and common areas are super nice. The community itself is absolutely immaculate. If you're looking for a new apartment home, I would highly recommend that you check out Ramsay Apartments in Springdale.
I love the area, and most importantly, Eloísa service is excellent; she's very efficient and friendly and has great customer service. That was one of the reasons my wife and I liked it here. We've been here for a month now, and she's always willing to help us.
The Ramsay has such a great team. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they care about their residents and take pride in the community. Everything was well kept and ran smoothly, and the overall vibe was just really positive. It was a pleasure meeting the staff, such a great group of people.
The complex was very nice and the garage option is a bonus but what really stood out to me was the staff that I dealt with. Sydni was not only professional and clearly well studied but also fun and friendly. During the tour she knew the answer to every question I asked without needing to wait. Great experience.A+
