Silos On The Square

Just recently toured Silos with our team as the project is close to being complete! I was stunned at how awesome these floor plans turned out. They are huge and the bathrooms are gigantic!!! Fantastic location with it being so close to everything that is happening in downtown Springdale. New Silos inspired clubhouse is on the way as well. State of the art fitness center, dog park and additional green space for everyone to enjoy coming soon!

They have been good to me & have gone above & beyond! Had a plumbing issue over memorial day weekend & they helped immediately. They are super nice & receptive to hearing suggestions from everyone. The apartments are beautiful & well kept.

Great apartments! They are big, even the 1 bedroom is very spacious with modern amenities and feels very clean and safe. The staff is great, easy to get a hold of and friendly to interact with. If you need any maintenance they are quick to respond. Overall if this fits in your budget its a great place to live and is a beautiful little spot close to downtown Springdale.

I've been a resident of Winfield Living for two months, having previously had positive experiences with their properties. We thought Silos on the square would be great. However When our refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday, I submitted a maintenance request through the portal. Unfortunately, the maintenance team didn't arrive until Monday afternoon, resulting in spoiled groceries, including my daughter's liquid formula. Now it’s Tuesday and our fridge is still not in working condition. When I called the office the representative with no sympathy suggested that I should have contacted emergency maintenance and sought insurance compensation for the spoiled food because even though they’re the ones providing the fridge it’s not their fault for my spoiled food. That seems unreasonable,
