Winton Woods I & II

Perfect place for the dog and I. Nice location in town. They have the apartment buildings spread out throughout the property so you have a good amount of privacy. You only have 3 to 6 apartments in each building so you don't get a crowded feeling. Neighbors are nice and chill. Plenty of friendly dogs around(Luna the Corgie is our favorite) Sage the Landlord/Manager is super easy to work with when there is a problem. She will always treat you with respect and dignity during stressful times. Jesse the Maintenance/Manager always comes and fixes any issues asap. Very well kept apartment complex! Safe neighborhood. Very nice and respectful neighbors. The manger of the property (Sage) is very easy to work with, is very nice and very professional! Also Jesse the maintenance guy is very respectful and professional! Would definitely recommend this complex!! 10/10!

The apartment manager Sage is wonderful! She’s caring and kind and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the office. The maintenance man Jesse is courteous and friendly and gets work orders done in a timely manner!! I’m proud to call Winton Woods home!

I have lived here for about a year now and the manager Sage along with the maintenance guy Jesse are kudos! I would recommend this property!They are always in the midst of upgrading and dealing with issues as they arise. They are a great team and treat everyone equally and fair. I have made many new friendships and hope to have more. It’s tucked away and very quiet here and a small community of once you know someone they almost become family and you look out for one another! I just love Sage and Jesse they work hard for the community as a whole! I look forward to saying I hope this to be my forever home.

I love living in this place. The neighborhood is great and I love the manager, Donna Lagrone. She is friendly, kind, knowledgeable and takes care of her tenants. When I have an issue she always respond and fix the problem. This is the longest I have stayed in an apartment complex because I feel safe here and my neighbors are great too. Donna also keeps the property clean and well maintained.
