The Sophie

Excellent! Very responsive, kind, and flexible. I wasn’t feeling well and they did a wonderful video tour. With that said, I was so impressed with the property and management that I signed a lease! Thank you!

I’ve been looking for a rental apartment for awhile and toured the Sophie this week. It is a beautiful building and includes convenient amenities, such as a washer and dryer in each apartment and a patch of grass for dog relief. Tall windows, lots of light, indoor parking, and a view of Liberty Bay. If I was ready to move now, I would have rented the first floor one bedroom I saw. Great location in Poulsbo.

Highly recommend The Sophie for its location, quality of building, quietness, and calmness. I look forward to coming “home” after a busy day to rest and relax.

Lisa took me in a tour and worked with me through the application process…she’s great! The website and phone system needs work, as it’s far too difficult to reach a live person. The AI virtual leasing agent system is not fun or helpful. Still, very happy once I did connect with a live person:)

I inquired information from The Sophie , living in another state , I am relocating to Washington State , I cannot express what Kayla Klaiber has done for me , in these days and times it is extremely difficult to find someone that genuinely cares , and has the utmost Professionalism this is a very important time in my personal life right now , and Kayla has been Attentively answering any and all questions that i have had , I am looking forward to meeting Kayla and to also Thank her in person.
