Norland Trails

We have been more then impressed with our move in experience. Ivy has made the entire process go so smoothly and she was very attentive to our needs every step of the way. The property and amenities are very well kept. We actually vacated our last apt in Silverdale to move to Norand Trails because of how horrible our last experience was. We were surprised on how quiet the townhome is considering we’ve seen families with kids living on both sides of our home. Which is completely opposite of apartment living, you can hear every step taken and people talking too. Ivy was very thorough during our walk thru and even had a welcoming basket of treats on arrival, which to me was quite a special touch. I highly recommend Norland Trails!

I have been here for almost 18 months and I have had zero issues. I don’t hear my neighbors. I love how bright it is when I take my dog out in early morning and late night when it’s super dark out their security lights are awesome they have 24 hour security cameras recording. I had put in for service awhile back for my sink leaking and they were shifting maintenance people ( some people need to understand it’s hard to find workers I work grocery retail so I do) and I was patient but she was in contact after office hours consistently communicating and making sure that they came she got someone to drive super far to come out and fix the issue. The dog parks are clean and I see no overflowing trash some people have 4-5 dogs so I can imagine that filling up quick as they take their dogs out fr

Honestly everything was fine at first but the lack of parking was frustrating. We also never got an explanation of why we didn’t get our security deposit back; once we moved out they ignored our emails and calls and charged us an extra 900 dollars. The appliances aren’t up to par to pay 3000 a month a lot of things stopped working the first time we moved into our brand new unit.

My experience with the leasing office manager Ivy, was excellent. Ivy let me tour 4 different style town homes. She was so professional and prompt. She was always very kind and helpful with everything I needed from her. I highly recommend Norland Trails.

The property manager was amazing name is Ivy Very supportive in the move-in process very Attentive. However, the company threw Norland trails uses a third-party verification system. Called on site. On site was the worst company I’ve ever worked with in my life and they don’t understand English. They caused a process that should only take a few days max a week at the most, to take 2 1/2 weeks. Norland trails and Ivy Payne were amazing however on site can go take a hike 11/10 for Ivy
