Being charged extra fees every month, for vacant electric. Even though we signed a lease to pay $120 up front every month to keep electric in the properties name. So not only am I paying $120 every month there expecting me to pay $290 in fees. Tried reaching out multiple times, via email and calls and no response. DONT LIVE HERE!

Manager very accomodating. The rental cost might go against me. However, the Studio rental of $720 can be dealt with through Housing. Wish me luck. In past have lived in 1bd. or Studios. Payed rent every month.

I lived here for 1 year, and just moved out (3/31/23) I left because I wanted a yard, though I would have stayed another year while I kept saving to buy a house if they hadn’t raised my rent for a lease renewal. I think I was probably a model tenant 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyhoo.. here’s my honest review! Pros: 🛠️The maintenance guy is awesome and very quick to respond / resolve any issues, plus he’s super friendly and will offer help if he sees that you might need it. Genuinely, dealing with any maintenance requests was easier here than anywhere else I have lived. 💸 Easy to pay rent online, no transaction fees if you connect your bank account, automated reminder and balance sent monthly (without a ton of annoying spam) 🏠 everything is single story - no one above or below you! 🚘 Parking- at least at

We lived there for 2 months; it is awful apartment that I have ever seen. You cannot call it an apartment, we moved from MIchigan and when arrived they still were working on there, and we had to wait several hours. We found 2 mouses there, we could not stay there and decided to early termination. For moving out I cleaned everywhere and there was no damage at all, they charged us for noting also the last rent payment done at 3rd day of the month because the first day fell on Saturday and the office was closed, Thay charged us for late fee although it is mentioned in the lease we were allowed to pay rent until 3rd day of month. The application fee we paid was non- refundable, it is so weird, if you have plan to rent there change your mind.

Floretta has a job to do and if it will benefit her over the other tenants she's on top of it. She delayed giving me my lease for two months causing fees on top of fees. She's too unresponsive to questions and has no urgency to help her tenants. Ineptitude causes lawsuits and Elon MGMT has quite a few ongoing lawsuits for similar reasons.
