Riverford Crossing Apartments

I moved in while completing my undergraduate studies. Although the neighborhood were pleasant, the unit itself was not well maintained. I was not given the opportunity to view my specific unit prior to move-in, which was concerning. After signing my lease and submitting payment, I arrived to find that the unit had only been partially cleaned. See the attached photos for reference. I was highly disappointed due to me moving from out-of-state. However, maintenance was nice and resourceful and responded to my concerns promptly.

I'm not sure how long I will be here in Kentucky, but I have been in the apartment now for about a month. I haven't had any issues thus far besides them replacing the washer dryer set. Its been pretty quiet for the most part. The only people I see are ones who walk their pets and joggers. For the most part it's nice and pleasant. I have had to reach out to the office a few times and have been very pleased with the communication and the quick response because most apartment offices send you straight to voice mail and deal with any issues within a 24 to 48 hour time frame. Since I'm not an Kentuckian or an apartment renter I can't speak on much. But what I will say is I feel safe. Parking is not assigned but I think most people get to park in front of there door or not to far from it.

I have been here since 2023, at first it wasn't too bad it was kind of my last option. Its a bit overpriced for what it is. Cheap counter tops, no real stainless steel which is not important to some but if you consider yourself luxury...I think you at least have decent counter tops light fixtures etc but I am just picky so that might not be important to some. Neighbors overall okay some news moved in recently and I LOVE hearing their conversations through the floors and how hilarious whatever it may be at like 12 at night. Will warn there is dog poop EVERYWHERE which is a joy. Definitely won't be staying another year lets just say that. The price is the main reason almost 1500 for a one bed and one bath is nuts when I have friends and loved ones who pay that much if not cheaper for 2 or 3

The maintenance team went above and beyond today they were up and at it shoveling sidewalks clearing the snow and throwing salt at 6am! So thankful to have such a great maintenance crew taking care of our community.

Maintenance is top tier. Hardworking staff. Always doing their best to make sure everything is taken care of. Whether it’s household maintenance or weather related. Couldn’t ask for better!
