FarmStead Apartments

I was really, really excited to make Farmstead my new home. Until I was completely ghosted by Ashley, before ever setting foot on the property or submitting any applications. We had corresponded via email around 2 times, where she answered my question about availability (Oct. 19th and Nov. 3rd). I then emailed her again on Nov. 5th, asking for further clarification... nothing. Then I reached back out on Nov. 13th, following up. Nothing again. Then I reached back out on Nov. 18th, as I was taking a whole day off work, and my parents were driving two hours to meet me, so I could tour apartments in Frankfort. If this wasn't all a huge slap in the face, their AI CHATBOT emails me, politely asking me if I wanted to tour. Wow! I ended up showing up on the date and time that I scheduled using the

I had a very pleasant experience on my tour yesterday, the property was well kept and dwelling was very nice and clean! Ashley helped us choose the best option and made us feel very welcome. I hope I can call FarmStead my new home in the near future❤️🏡

Ashley was great! Very welcoming and knowable about the property. Showed me everything I needed/wanted to see. Answered every question I had, she also made sure to note the they were doing/going to be doing some renovations so that I knew what to expect.

Ashley, from the leasing office, was very informative and pleasant during my office visit and tour of a newly renovated one bedroom apartment. The apartments are newly renovated with all new appliances, cabinets, and a large farmhouse sink. I like the fresh neutral gray paint with white trim and vinyl plank flooring.

Ashley was very friendly and informative. She listened and spoke with so much passion for her job. I would love to be one of her tenants.
