Willowood

Willowwood was my home of roughly five years. Between the accessible location within minutes drive of Walmart, gas stations, sit down and fast food options the location is phenomenal. Or a ten minute drive down the road to the more historic side of Frankfort- it has it all! Management has been a SAINT! Maintenance issues, questions, random things one can come up with renting an apartment, she always had an answer or was able to find an answer. Personally I struggled with ants (bad rains drove everything inside, including people!) and as soon as I mentioned it pest control was scheduled to be out in the next two days. My wife and I are currently moving into the Willowood apartments. My wife works at the Frankfort Regional medical center and loves the proximity to the hospital. I love that it is so close to shopping and restaurants. Tracy May, the manager has been a godsend. She has been so helpful since we're moving from out of state. She is full of southern hospitality and help. I enjoy talking to her everytime we've conversed. The apartment complex is so beautiful and peaceful. We look forward to starting the next chapter of our lives there.

I spent about 5 months living at Willowood and it was a very nice experience. The neighbors are kind and the community is safe and quiet. All new carpets were placed in my apartment before moving in and the landlord is very helpful and efficient during the lease signing process as well as when anything is needed while you are a resident. Maintenance is also awesome and come to help as soon as possible when something needs to be fixed or if you have some other issue. Rent can be a little pricey if you want to do less than a year lease but I loved my time at Willowood.

Willowood apartments are located very close to town. All of the schools, the hospital, and several stores are within walking distance. The leasing manager, Tracy, is very pleasant and helpful, and will answer any questions you may have. The maintenance crew are a pleasure to work with. Willowood is pet friendly. There is a laundry facility onsite, and washer/dryer hookups in the apartments. These apartments also come equipped with air conditioning units and an attic for added storage. The grounds are clean, and Tracy loves keeping things decorated with flowers, so it always looks beautiful, no matter what time of year. I would definitely recommend Willowood apartments to anyone seeking their new home.

Tracy has been an amazing land lady! Made our move in smooth, calm and easy!! We are right next to three schools, background checks are very thorough and the community is open and kind. We are thrilled to be here. There is a laundry room on site, but also available are units with washer dryer hook ups which we chose and are loving! The utility room in our apartment is spacious even with the washer dryer installed. Steve in maintenance is very helpful and quick to respond to issues. We feel at home!
