Winston Hall Apartments

Currently live here, they don’t take complaints seriously. Left a few requests even call for a noice complaint and no answer.The rule in the lease is no loud sounds after 10pm. Below me are awful neighbors that scream all day and slam stuff and blast music after 10pm- 3am. They argue 24/7. So awful I don’t recommend living here if they don’t resolve this issues.

I called for maintenance at my apartment because my window had blown out. The response was instant, the gentleman that fixed the problem was so nice. He repaired the window and offered more assistance if needed. I have had a leak in my apartment twice that came from the apartment above mine. The 1st time in the bathroom, the 2nd time in the kitchen. The 2nd time I called after 10pm, they came that same night. After cleaning the mess I was given a dehumidifier to dry up any water that was left in the cabinets and under the tiles. They offered to take my trash out as well. Great response and very helpful and respectful.
