He was patient, knowledgeable, and always available when we had questions. He walked us through every step of the process and made sure we understood all our options. We never felt rushed, and he made the entire experience feel smooth from start to finish. I also want to recognize Joe. He checked in regularly, kept us updated on progress, and made sure everything was handled the right way. Any time we needed clarity on something happening on-site, he took the time to explain it. We recently purchased a home with Ryan Homes. From the initial meeting with Jordan, we felt that choosing a new build from Ryan Homes was a great decision. Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer the many questions we had. Throughout construction, our project manager (Jay) kept us updated with regular check-ins and walkthroughs. My wife and I purchased our home here while living in California site unseen and have had a great experience with Jordan, Joe, Elliot, and Stephen. They took any and all pictures we asked for to let us see the house while it was being built. If you’re a military family like us and want to alleviate some PCS home buying stress these gents have been great to work with.

Glenn the rep at the model home and Joe (project manager) were amazing! Glenn carefully took his time to explain everything to me and showed me all the options that were available to me. He helped me create my dream home. Joe was very informative every step of the way during the build. He was very responsive to my texts and very communicative regarding next steps (every step of the way) Joe helped me build my dream home and I am forever grateful. These guys are great and I highly recommend.
