Ivy Hills Townhomes and Apartments

I can only speak on the phone conversation i had. I filled out the application and I left a message. A few days later I received a call back from a very nice person name Desiree. Every question I had she answered and she never rushed our conversation and also took time to explain the process by every detail. We spoke for over 35mins. She is very professional and honest. She represents ivy homes as a whole and if her attitude is so well put together and wholesome than im sure the rest of the staff and management is just as pleasant. A little kindness goes a long way thank you Desiree I look forward to speaking with you in our future hopefully.

How long after you do a application would you know if you were excepted and also how long after that do you get to move in ? I'm completely unsure how income based housing works? My husband and I and our children are desperately looking for a rental . Thank you

There's no updated pictures of the community. The website might as well be empty. And no application either. Also, their phone number just leads to a robot that repeats "Thank you for calling" and then hangs up on you. I knew it was too good to be true. I'll be skipping over this place.

Is these townhomes income based ?
