DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I would have given them zero stars if possible. I stayed at one of their apartments for two months, and had the worst experience. I needed an apartment quickly, so I looked over the fact that there was bugs crawling around on the floor and that water occasionally leaked through the ceiling. The apartment was this way when I originally toured it with one of their agents (dead bugs were clearly visible on the ground and in the window sills), so I did not complain because I assumed the management was already aware of the situation. However, after moving out the company charged me over $800 (more than a full months rent) for cleaning, pest elimination, and other services. Very disappointed! I had to apply twice. The first time we were approved. But unfortunately, due to the time frame they give you to have all your monies due is very short. So we could not come up with the money in time. So now that we have the money we needed, we applied a second time for a different and cheaper home and was not approved based on credit. Which doesn’t make sense because our credit score is around the same when we applied. I feel like they pick and choose their tenants. I wasted $160 on application fees alone with this company. Thinking that because we were approved once we would be ok a second time....

They really worked with me to help me out during a really stressful time. They went out of their way to help me get into an apartment. Always very quick to respond to service calls. (Rick is absolutely amazing.) One office staffer has a tendency to be rude, otherwise most are very nice.
