Windward Forest

Could use a wonderful upgrade in office. I feel it's worth the effort due to how great the staff especially Miss. Julie. She's a decaded hard worker. As, a tenant shout out to your warm welcoming

Ms. Cheryl the property manager is amazing. She takes pride in making residents feel at home. She takes excellent care of the property exterior and interior. Her door is always open for concerns. Julia the property assistant is great at giving a swift response to all concerns. Ms. Cheryl maintenance team is swift with response to work orders. I truly enjoyed my stay. The complex is very quiet at night which was a plus for me. If you’re looking this is a place to call home.

In a city and county where trouble usually dominates the headlines, Windward Forest has surrounded me with a community of beautiful people, and it feels like home. The staff is very accommodating. I recently had a few repairs that needed to be done. They responded quickly to my maintenance ticket and my issues were fixed the next day. No neighborhood is perfect, but I thank the good people at Windward Forest for all their great efforts.

I've lived on the property for two years and never had a negative experience with the Office staff which includes Cheryl (Property Manager). They are fair and treat us with respect. Anything that needs to be done is always taken care of in a timely manner. My children and I love the interaction during community events and when my kids get off the bus they get snacks from the Office.

I moved from Virginia to Georgia. I found a great apartment complex called Windward Forest..The office staff has a wonderful team.Windward Forest as large renovated apartments. I am excited to be a resident.
