Belle Vista Apartments

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Belle Vista. The staff truly sets this community apart , they are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and handled everything with care and efficiency. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where the team genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming. Their customer service is top-tier, and it makes Belle Vista feel like more than just an apartment complex, it feels like home.

I’ve lived at this apartment community for almost two years, and the experience has been disappointing. There have been three property managers during my time here, and communication is extremely poor. The water has been shut off multiple times with no notice, despite there being a resident app for updates. Maintenance is inconsistent, and issues often lack urgency. Amenities like the pool, gym equipment, and gate are frequently unavailable or broken. Overall, the property does not live up to what residents are paying for.

I’ve been living here for 14 months—my lease is finally up, and I’m out of here! Let me start by saying that from day one, everything in the apartment was a mess. The AC was broken and it was extremely hot—it stayed that way for about a month. The washer didn’t work, the dishwasher was broken, the garbage disposal didn’t work, the sink had issues, the window was broken, and the floors were cracking. The entire community is just plain dirty, and neither the residents nor the leasing office seem to care at all. The place is infested with roaches, even though I paid for pest control every month—which, by the way, never actually showed up. RUNNN unless you want roaches living rent free and if you want to step in dog poop every step you take then this community will work for you. Just look at

First off Tiara is great. No problems with her at all. She was my main contact. I stayed in these apartments for 4 months in ‘24. On the day I moved in pest control showed up…I was confused, because it was my first day. So I allowed him to come spray. I was thinking it was routine. Later I found out why he came on the first day. Roaches everywhere. Then the sink broke, there was a hole in the hose. My cabins in the kitchen were falling off. I put in a maintenance order and it was taken care of quickly. A lot of young men around. I didn’t feel so safe as I work over night, and not home a lot. They charge for everything!!!! And I mean everything!! I should have given one but I gave two stars because they are being nice, although I can tell in their body language they are tired of me coming

Huge shout out to Tiara for helping me find my new home all the way from California. Her and Driqua submitted all my paperwork for me and made sure to give me a newly renovated unit which was a great surprise. they went above and beyond to get me what i asked for ! The apartment is in great condition even better than i expected. I was able to get right in and start making it home.
