Terrace At Parkview

June 2024, I received a call from Terraces at Parkview apartments asking if I was still interested in one of their units. I was homeless and living from place to place with my kids. With nowhere to go, I confirmed my interest. I didn’t know what to expect, or how I would be treated once I came in the next day to complete my application. Idk about everyone else, but Ms. Barbara and Ms. Anna were extremely nice and welcoming. The application process was smooth and I remember Ms. Barbara telling me “I’m going to help get you and your kids off the streets.” Ms. Barbara kept her word and July 2024, I moved into my unit. Ms.Barbara is the BESSSSTTTTTT property Manager ever ! Very nice , funny , I love her ! She helps WITH EVERYTHING & make sure everything is going accordingly with your living arrangements. The neighborhood sooooo quiet & just right !

I use to stay over here I’ll say from 2010 - 2017 and our apartment building always had roaches since I could remember. Keep in mind I was a child along with my other siblings. Like I kid you not it was probably millions of them no matter how many times we did a deep clean or how many we killed. I really hope they fix this problem.

I called this community to ask about renting an apt here and I got Ms. Barbara. She was just like the reviews say...AMAZING. She answered all my questions and gave me advice and suggestions. If I could I would move here immediately...
