Great future plans for new community, but majority of the 76-79 homes in Phase 1 are rented with no HOA. Need more homeowners and property management to better screen leasing tenants. ATV Renters are now gone!

Very unsafe Community, they allow ATV's to run freely throughout the Subdivision. People are fearful to come out of their own homes. The HOA is non existent, the front office say there is nothing they can do.

This a TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! DO NOT RENT A HOME WITH MCKINLEY! Home advertised with new appliances when we viewed the home the oven/microwave/and dishwasher were in the home but the refrigerator was not. When asked if the refrigerator was include we were told yes it was being delivered. When they delivered the refrigerator it was a small standard refrigerator that you would find in an apartment. The refrigerator did not fit the floor plan. When I inquired about getting the appropriate refrigerator I was told the owner was from China and they don't use large refrigerators so they only put standard sized refrigerators in the homes but we could upgrade to the appropriate refrigerator for and additional $875.00. This isn't China, and this is not a standard home it's a 2

The homes are beautiful! Love the open concept and it is the EXACT square footage I am looking for. I only wish they will have more being built later this month when I am ready to bid in the area I am looking towards.
