Place is over priced in rent, maintenance guy is horrible ! Doesn’t do thing right ! Place is infested with roches !!! And I was not a dirty person my apartment was always clean. Soooo many section 8 people living now there. “ place became gehto “ soo many Neghbors drunk in the streets kids everywhere running around and no parents watching them. People drive fast in there and kids are in the middle of the street ! The only positive thing there was the manager Sara 🫶🏻 very nice lady ! Always very understanding and helpful! Thank you Sara for the 2 years I was there and you always tried to help !!! But over all. Horrible place to live.
