I just moved in and I already love it here. The entire staff has being so nice and professional, I’m so happy that my maintenance request was resolved in less than 24 hours!!

Don’t like the fact that if you have terrible neighbors that destroy the property and gets in fights with neighbors, they don’t get kicked out it’s like you can pretty much do whatever you want here without any serious consequences or repercussions, you can literally have someone move in with you that’s clearly not on the lease without telling the management and nothing happens to you, this can become very dangerous for the families that live here with children as these people who constantly break the tenant agreement rules can bring danger here, I witnessed first hand several times with the exact same neighbor and they still don’t remove them by eviction, maybe when something fatal happens then maybe they’ll actually do their job before any lawsuits happens by not making their residents s

Manger very nice helpful foothill villas is a nice place place maybe seems as a bad place on these post but it’s a nice place to live with good apartments and nice staff
