Loma Vista Apartments

I recently moved in and my experience so far has been very positive. Alvita Rhodes was professional, responsive, and made the entire move-in process smooth and easy. She explained everything clearly and was always available to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated how organized and helpful she was during this transition. Moving can be stressful, but her support made it a lot easier. I’m happy with my new place and looking forward to settling in.

The community is clean and the people are kind and polite I am just love it here today is my second day at my new home and I am so blessed. I’ve been here for 3 years and counting our manager Trisha is supper attentive friendly as our maintenance man Alfredo . But… My only complaint about this apartment complex for a while now is.. The PLUMBING!! It’s been really consistent and water has been shut off for hours when it has to be repaired for the entire apartment complex!! It happens about every month. This PLUMBING issue has been an on going thing for a long time now and has to be fixed immediately!

Been at this property over 8 years now and seen a lot of changes with management and maintenance. For a lot of the years maintenance would take longer than expected being that the maintenance tech at the time was only available 3 days out of the week. For the past year or 2 with the current maintenance tech completes maintenance requests in the same day or under 2 days. The manager is nice and always informing the residents by text or email on events or property reminders. The manager is not afraid to kick out trespassers. The laundry room is always open and can be a hassle to wash on a busy weekend being that there are new washers and dryers. The property is in my opinion nicer than any others in the area. I enjoyed living here for the past year as a student. The property manager welcomed me into this community and was so responsive, understanding, and communicative. They were always on top of everything. It's very quiet and safe. Maintenance was easy to contact whenever there were any problems (rarely any), paying rent was simple online, and the apartment was nice with great appliances and smooth layout. Washer/dryer was a short distance away and the pool is a great addition too! Highly recommend.
