Beautiful Light Apartments

These apartments are for seniors over 62 and people with disabilities. I have lived here for over 3 years and the new management is such a wonderful improvement they are not only professional but caring, thoughtful and ready to help you with any problems concerning your apartment. Today I am grateful for the opportunity and ability to rent with this establishment.

My mom used to live here for about six or so years. She didn't have too many complaints at the time. But after finding handprints on the outside of her sliding glass door I decided to take the job of security they had open. Working there was easy, I had the graveyard shift 12-8am. Worked there for about three years then Rosie Greer (the football icon) and his corporation bought the place. Put his grandson, nephew, whatever, in as manager. First thing he does is FIRE ALL the security guards, no notice, no severance, no consideration, nothing. Some guys were there for over ten years, He says the "police are enough to watch the place." This is 13th st and Waterman folks. More gang activity and shootings, death area than a lot of other parts of SBDNO. Stupidly. I'm not sure how it's run now

They have done some amazing renovation work, and when they finish this place, the name... "Beautiful Light Apartments" will truly be a BEAUTIFUL place... I would be honored to live in this place and the new management really does care and I believe they are doing everything they can to make it as nice as they can for the people who live here...

Nice place to be. It has security. Quiet, clean, people and staff are nice. They have resources to help you. I pay rent and lights here. They go by your income and you have get approval with HUD. Other than that I like it.
