Windsor Village at Waltham Apartments

$75 Parking Fee…Trash everywhere… no snow removal. This is what you get: 3 days after a major snow storm the complex has completely given up on snow removal. Their solution is to dump snow in parking spaces that we pay for. Snow removal, nope not here. In addition there is no enforcement of parking rules. For months this Mazda parks sideways to block multiple spaces one of which is a handicap space. Complaints have been emailed to the office. No response at all. Of course this person also did not clean any area around and just pulled out. Three spaces are now completely blocked with snow. Think about all this when you’re quoted your rent price and told a $75 parking fee applies if you have more than one car for your apartment.

A terrible place, run by liars and cheats. Don't expect repairs in a timely manner, or for them to offer you accommodation elsewhere when your apartment fills with actual sewage from their poorly maintained property. They'll lie to your face and promise things will be taken care of, then leave your apartment looking like a construction zone. Where are you supposed to live during construction? Not their problem! And don't have an emergency on a Friday. Or a weekend. Or a Monday They won't get back to you promptly or deal with the problems in a timely manner (or at all), until you threaten to bring a lawsuit. I advise everyone to take very seriously all negative reviews of this place. I chose to ignore them and I deeply regret it. You have been warned! Here is my experience living here for the past few months: - Mice getting inside the apartment through holes on the walls. When I called them, they said they wouldn’t send a technician on a weekend because this is “routine maintenance”. That’s right, according to them, rodents inside your apartment is a routine issue here. It took them a whole week, multiple emails and calls for them to patch a hole on a wall. - Cheap appliances. In less than a year, I had issues with my refrigerator, washer, and kitchen cabinets. They try to gaslight you and say it’s working fine. It takes 2-3 visits for them to acknowledge the issue and replace the appliance.

My boyfriend and I loved living at Windsor Village for the past 1.5 years! The community is lovely, nice, and quiet. We especially loved the location plus the pond view from our apartment. Great units with large patios! Our kitties loved the birds and bunnies in the area as well. I will say the hills are large so be prepared to hike up and down to get to your car but we didn't mind. It's also super close to shopping, restaurants, and great walking trails. We'll miss living here!

Brandon was super helpful in the install of my new appliances in the kitchen! Explaining everything that was going on and scheduling a follow up for a couple repairs I needed. Also Adam has been so wonderful keeping me in the loop on what's happening and scheduling times for the work to be done!
