What a phenomenal job he does! Brian was our seller’s agent and he went so far beyond the call of duty. He offered sage advice and referrals to great contractors for the home (better than the ones we had worked with in the past). He expertly guided us through everything leading up to the showing, brought in a professional stager to give us advice, and he even rolled up his sleeves to help fix up some landscaping! Although Brian was a great resource, he was never pushy: we felt great about his gentle approach.
