Alexan Waltham

I’ve truly enjoyed living at Alexan Waltham. Jay has been consistently kind, patient, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, Jay and their team replied quickly and handled everything efficiently, specially during the snow storm. I especially appreciate how much effort they put into maintaining the community rules. It’s clear they care about fairness and making sure everyone feels safe and respected. Because of that, the building feels welcoming, organized, and secure. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and supportive place to live.

Alexan Waltham is one of the prettiest apartment complexes I’ve toured. I’m grateful to have found the community. The amenities are really cool and unique, including ski ball machines and a rentable speakeasy. You can tell that a lot of care went into making the complex welcoming; there is even an arts and crafts closet you can utilize. Jay was incredibly helpful in the application process and I could not recommend the community more. Waltham is a very pretty area as well!

As a new resident of Alexan Waltham I am extremely happy with how quiet and clean the environment is. Jay the property manager walked me through the process from A to Z. He is the best! The neighbors are friendly, making it feel right at home. The maintenance team is fantastic; any time I’ve submitted a request, they have responded within 24 hours and fixed it correctly the first time. I appreciate that it is pet-friendly and the nearby parks are great for walking. The only downside is that visitor parking can be difficult to find on weekends. Overall, I’m very satisfied!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I love this place! The Alexan is a very clean, modern, and safe community. It truly is a pretty place to live in. What really makes it special though are the people who run it. Toni, Samia, and Jay have been so accommodating to me. I was looking to move into the Alexan within a short time frame (less than a week after touring), and they helped me accomplish this with ease. Toni and Samia both took the time to give me a tour, and from the minute I met them, I knew I would be well taken care of. They’re both so caring and personable, and are just really nice people.
