Windsor Park Apartments

I lived here for four years, and I loved my apartment. I got to know the people who worked at the apartment office well, and everyone was helpful when I went to them. While there was a roach problem when I first moved in due to the last people up and leaving without cleaning, they took care of the problem quickly, and I never had an issue after that. In fact, anytime I had something that need to be fixed Mr. Curtis came and helped me right away. I loved my kitchen space which was huge and stored everything, and I liked my apartment layout. I never felt unsafe, and liked that the apartment was tucked away in an established older neighborhood. There is not a pool or gym like a lot of apartments, but I would move back. Roaches , spiders, insects of all sorts. Management (SHIRLEY MOORE) is very rude and dishonest. She basically steals money from tenants by not giving deposits back. She talks to you as if you’re living in an income based unit. She finds reasons to increase your rent such as trash costs whenever she feels like it. AVOID!

I just want to say Mrs.Moore have really been good to me cause I really been going through it this year mentally an financially but the devil didn't win I'm not all the way their but almost an I want to thank her for that cause she has really been patient an caring with me an gave me a good talking too

Worst place ever to live, after living here 6 months mold grew on all of our furniture because of poor conditions. Trash was thrown regularly behind apartments and not cleaned. We set a trash can outside by our door not visible from road or parking and received a violation. Staff is rude especially the manager mrs. shirley. DO NOT MOVE HERE
