Autumn Ridge Property Manager, Sydney Dyer is so amazing, from the the application process until after move in she has been so helpful && goes above&& beyond to assistance my family && myself with hard&& simple issues. That means the world to me because in this field of work most people are unapproachable. She’s always been approachable && easy to talk to, Thanks Sydney for all that you do&& please know it doesn’t go unnoticed! Ppl don’t have to be kind but I’m so glad that you are! Thanks again for all your assistance!

I love living at Autumn Ridge. It’s quiet, well maintained, and overall nice place to live. Sydney the property manager is helpful, nice, and always on top of any issue I have.

My experience at Autumn Ridge Apartment Homes was very disappointing. I had serious maintenance problems that were never fully addressed, including a ceiling collapse that made part of the unit unsafe. After moving out, management sent me a large “move-out” bill for damages I did not cause, even though I documented the apartment’s condition with photos before leaving. I’ve reported this to the appropriate agencies because tenants deserve fair treatment and honest communication. I strongly encourage anyone considering renting here to document everything and understand your rights as a tenant.

I've been living here about a year. Any issues I've had , the property manager has taken care of it or communicated when it would be handled. Pretty quiet area and neighbors for the most part.

While visiting the property I found it to be well kept and a nice central location. Staff was very helpful! 5 stars across the board! Highly recommend
