This is by far the BEST realty company I’ve ever rented from! The team is incredibly sweet and genuinely takes the time to get to know you as a person before moving you in. The application process was super easy, and I found out if I was approved in just 10 to 15 minutes! They also respond to maintenance requests immediately — anytime something breaks, it’s fixed right away with no hassle at all. It really feels like they care about their tenants, and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend! I cannot say enough good things about this realty company! About a month ago i tested positive for covid. Quarantined and without pay for this whole month. They worked out an arrangement with me, no questions asked. Very patient and understanding .
