The Exchange at 1105

This is absolutely the best apartment I ever lived in! My one bedroom was very large and roomy. It had all the high end touches. It was quiet and safe. The manager Morgan was professional but friendly. She always resolved my problems. Derrick could fix anything quickly. He treated me like a friend joking around and so on but he was always professional. They are building many apartment complex’s around town but I wouldn’t go there this is where you want to call home!

Just recently moved here. It’s quiet, and the leasing is always having activities for the residents. As far as maintenance, Marlen is gold. He came very quickly to fix not one but two minor issues. A++. So far the very few maintenance issues I’ve had have been handled very quickly.

Me and my boyfriend have been living here since August 7th, 2025 and we have absolutely loved it. Isabelle set us up with the apartment we have and gave us such a good deal with it and Marlon has been doing an amazing job as our maintenance man! He’s always fixed things in a timely manner and has always been super nice! He’s repainted a few spots that needed touched up as we were moving in and has fixed our oven and we’re so excited to finally use it! Thank you so much Isabelle and Marlon, you guys are amazing!

Mr. Derek Allen was a huge help! We had something stuck on the windshield of pur car and couldn’t get it off! Mr Derek came over and had the idea to use a razor knife to get it which worked great! He was nice and a great help!

Marlen was extremely helpful for me tonight. He saw me moving all my stuff in on my own and offered to help me and it made my life so much easier. The office staff had been super friendly and made my move from Florida so easy. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience so far
