To evict someone you have to do it legally and give them the legal court paperwork, take them to see the judge ect. The sideways notes aren’t legal and actually are quite rude. I can guarantee if anyone of you got a note like that you’d be raising hell. Mainly cause you know it’s not legal. I’d double check your work before you end up being sued for all the NATION WIDE company is worth. Don’t make a bad name for the owners, you bad attitude isn’t there fault.

YUNNA she was so professional! The process was very smooth and she explained everything thoroughly and made sure I had all I needed to smoothly move in! The apartment is very nice and the neighborhood is quite fenced in.

Ms Yunna is very understanding and easy to work with!! She got us into our apartment quickly & helped us along the way !! And making sure that when I got my apartment it was fit to my standards.

I have been here for almost 3 years and the work office crew was very pleasant. Since about October or November of 2020 new management has come in and the new office manager is very rude and unpleasant to deal with. The whole atmosphere of the Windsor Park Community has changed. The owners need to take a look at their manager, she is not a people person and this is the wrong job for her if she doesn’t like to deal with people. Other than that, I like the area a lot, I have had no problems since I have been here. Very quiet and peaceful.
