They provided excellent customer service and following up with any issues that we had while renting. After some time, my husband & I decided to buy a home in MS. Highly recommend Damon! We worked with him when transitioning our primary residence into a rental. Damon was very involved in each step of the way which we needed when moving out of state. He does an excellent job handling details and has efficient processes and teams in place. He is very attentive and proactive as a property manager which can be hard to find. We felt that both our house and tenants were cared for. A few years later, we needed to sell our property and Damon was there to help us get our house ready to list again. He and his team got everything done for us from afar. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and his advice was invaluable for the successful sale of our property. We felt that Damon always had our best interests in mind and we were more than just clients.
