Colony Pointe

I called a week in advance to schedule my tour for 1:30pm. Me and my friend arrive at the leasing office at about 1:26pm and was greeted by a locked door. When I knocked on the door a man came and I informed him that we had a tour scheduled for 1:30pm. He proceeded to tell us that everyone had left for lunch about 10 minutes prior to our arrival. I asked when would they be back and he said they take an hour lunch. Me and my friend was frustrated seeing as I call and scheduled in advance and I talked to an actual person. Long story short we never toured the property

This is worst management and overpriced so call renovated apartments I’ve ever experienced! I only been there a month and the entire foundation of the kitchen is rigged, I spoke with management they blames me for just saying something! I work all day everyday, once I notices things weren’t as they appear to be, nothing was done.nothing but patch work! I refused to pay anything until everything is fix. No one should have to go through anything like this. Not for $1393. Then adding fees that don’t suppose to be there. Now they will file to put you out, tenant has rights .These apartments are scammed. Management is disrespectful .I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BE HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The management team is always friendly, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to help residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference in apartment living. The community is quiet, safe, and welcoming, with friendly neighbors and a great atmosphere. The location is also a major plus! It’s close to shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Overall, I highly recommend Colony Pointe to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and modern place to call home. Five stars!

I moved here from another city and I'm glad we chosed Colony Pointe. From beginning to end it was a very smooth move in for us. I enjoy living on this property and I love the quietness. Mrs.Phyllis is a very calm and will help you in anyway that she can. I love how they interact with the tenants like doing different events for the children's that live on the property. I have never seen this act of kindness especially living in a apartment complex. I love it and tenants get to meet other tenants that's a plus. My Family we are overall pleased.

Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Shay answered every call even on the weekends when I didn’t mean to disturb her. She was always available when I needed her. The area is nice and quiet. Been there for 2 1/2 months now and I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and speaks every time I see them. The maintenance of the apartment is always clean. And I can appreciate that.
