The Pointe at Highland

My partner and I toured The Pointe at Highland last Friday, and we had such a great experience! Tammy was amazing, you can truly tell she cares about the residents. We were greeted right away, given a tour, and even offered snacks and beverages when we got back. She made everything simple, stress-free, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend checking this place out! ✨

This is a great place to stay. If you want a safe place to live this is it. Management has change and it still doesn’t miss a beat. Tammy the office manager cares about the residents and handle business when it come to this property. And James the maintenance man get right to the problem and handle what need to be fix. Courtesy officer-officer Clemons handles any complaint. They are all friendly and make the stay even more worth it. I been resident here for 7 years. I have nothing bad to say. My kids and I don’t want to leave. We have people that has been staying on this property for 10 or 15 years. The property is well kept.

This has to be the most smoothest move I've ever made. I got to tour the unit and grounds with Ms. Cher. I love that the grounds were well kept and that it is a peaceful area. She was very friendly, explained the process thoroughly and answered any questions I had. I also met Ms. Tammy, who was super friendly, knowledgeable and took great care to get me and my family moved in with no hiccups! She's a gem and made moving –what's already a stressful life-changing event into a breezy, yet thorough experience. I was left with a feeling that it's not just another apartment but like I'm HOME.

My rental experience has been nothing less than amazing! I’ve enjoyed the amount of care that Tammy was able to provide to make my rental experience as smooth as possible. Thank you, The Pointe at Highland, for providing me with a great experience. I’m definitely willing to recommend anyone searching for the best place within the Jackson area.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had touring. Meeting Ms. Tammy was such an experience. She was so nice and covered everything thoroughly. Everything was clean when I toured the property and she was very detailed oriented. Most importantly she was professional.
